We will search back through all the generations as far as the official records go (currently 1820) to find your relatives. We’ll build a family tree for you to download and print with you as the starting point. You’ll get an overview of each family member including any birth, marriage, death and burial details. Digital photos and scans of documents will be included (where available).

To start our search for your family, please provide as much information as you already have. The more details we start with, the quicker the search will be completed.

Don’t worry if you have ‘gaps’ in your family tree - we are here to help fill them in.

You do not need to make any payment initially.

Once we have assessed your initial information and have agreed to go ahead with a search we will ask for a 50% downpayment. This is non-refundable.

We will keep in touch with you to ask questions, clarify certain facts and give you progress updates.

When we have completed our search and compiled all the data, we will contact you again to present our findings.

Once the remaining balance is paid, we will send you our findings by email.

Please note: We always endeavour to fulfil every search request fully. However, on occasion certain records may no longer be available / may no longer exist. We cannot make guarantees

If we are unsuccessful in fully completing our commitment to you, we will not charge the full fee.
